Size matter?

I think maybe it does matter. Talking about notebooks clearly... 

Let me tell you the story of when I star with my notebooks, 

I used to never finish them, just change between them. As I have hear a lot of people have the same problem (not finishing a sketchbook is nobody fault) is more like a relationship, with an item, but realise that the relationships we have with objects define a lot of our mask. The mask that nobody see.

That is the beautiful thing about notebooks, they became more than a thing, once they are use. They become part of you.

Size : Small, I felt in love with this format. Is just super convenient and super nice to carry around. This blue one is the number 40 of the same size that i have finish.

At the end while discovering a notebook you are actually discovering yourself

 For me size and number of pages have to be linked. If the notebook is small and have not a specific topic then you can be sure that a small notebook with a lot of pages can be good always. I discovered this travelling around by chance. It was looking like a nice notebook, simple and classic black leather like material, pocket size, with a little pocket inside and band around to put the pages together... very expensive but it last a year and I use all of it. It was just the beginning of a new way of thinking. (This was in 2012 almost 10 years ago)

Today days 2021, I have to many notebooks open as always. But in specific 4 sizes. And it depends of the project or the finality I choose the notebook, anyway sometimes I feel they are choosing me.
